I dunno if 30lbs in 2 weeks can even happen, but here's my advice that I basically give to everyone:
For 2-3 days, eat under 500 calories. Drink plenty of water, and get steps in. You don't need to do heavy workouts, because you'll make the hunger worse. THEN for the next one or two days, bump up the calorie intake to 800-950 cal. Reason being, it gives your metabolism a huge boost which can cause a really big drop in weight.
I've had ana friends that this worked for them, and it works great for me. Not too sure if it works for everyone, but you can try. I wish you luck!
